A collaboration with Orbotech's HR department to design an internal portal for employees aimed at streamlining access to personal information and fostering community within the organization. The portal was built on SharePoint to ensure smooth integration with the company's IT infrastructure.

Challenges and Solutions

Designing an intuitive and visually pleasing interface posed a challenge due to the limitations of the SharePoint system. Through close collaboration with the development team, we developed a portal that simplified access to vital information and resources, improving employee connectivity and engagement.

Key Features

Event feature insight:
Before the portal was introduced, employees struggled to keep track of company events due to scattered communication channels and information overload.

This feature improved attendance rates by allowing employees to view and add events to their calendars. During the COVID-19 pandemic lockdown, this feature kept remote employees engaged and connected to fully booked online events.
